We then cover the printed layer with a glossy, transparent layer of plastic (mylar to be specific) to protect your design and ensure it withstands bumps, scratches, water & chemicals.
Our standard custom badges are printed on our most popular white material before being pressed into the badge casing.
White is the best for true-to-design colours & small details.
