We start by printing your design on our HP Indigo - the world's best digital printer.
We then cover the printed layer with a glossy, transparent layer of plastic (mylar to be specific) to protect your design and ensure it withstands bumps, scratches, water & chemicals.
Choose to have your 32mm badge design printed on white, silver, gold, holographic & glitter material.
These different materials create various incredible effects for your badge.
White is the best for true-to-design colours & small details, whereas silver, gold, holographic & glitter will add a touch of bling and a premium feel that makes your design pop.
Your 32mm badges are finished with a high-quality, transparent plastic protective layer that adds a glossy shine to your badge and protects it against scratches and water.
