Product reviews
Made for what happens once you're on the bike
A plain lid doesn't say much about who's under it. Custom helmet stickers let you mark your number, your colours, or your name onto the one piece of kit you never leave the garage without.
Popular designs for a helmet sticker
Race numbers, sponsor or team logos, national flags, club badges. Whatever you send us, we cut the sticker around your exact artwork, so small, detailed designs come out clean, without a stray white edge or box around them.
Which material holds up on a helmet
Your helmet is outside more than almost anything else you own. It gets rained on, hit with road spray, and left in the sun on the back seat. White vinyl is built for exactly that: scratch, water, and UV resistant, with a gloss laminate rated for outdoor use.
Biodegradable paper isn't the right call here. It's only splashproof, not waterproof, so it's a better fit for something that stays indoors than a helmet that rides in the rain.
Applying to a curved shell without bubbling
Work in small sections rather than peeling the whole backing off at once. Press from the centre of the sticker outward with your thumb or a card, pushing air toward the edges as you go. If the shell curves tightly, a hairdryer on a low, gentle setting warms the vinyl just enough to let it flex around the curve without stretching or tearing.
Sizing your sticker to a curved shell
A helmet doesn't offer the flat space a car door or laptop lid does. You can choose anything from 2cm to 70cm wide, but on a curved shell, a smaller, contained design sits flatter than a large one stretched across the curve.
