Design tips for sticker sheets

Sticker sheets work best when the layout is clear and tidy. With a bit of planning, you can fit more designs on one sheet and make each sticker peel perfectly. These tips help you get a clean, professional result.

Use high-resolution artwork

Use high-resolution files (300 DPI or higher) so your stickers print sharp and clean. Low-res images can look soft or pixelated, especially on small designs.

Choose the right file type

PNG is best for designs with transparency (like clear sticker sheets). JPG works for most other artwork, but it adds a white background. Vector files (AI, SVG, PDF) give the sharpest print at any size.

Add bleed to every design

Add a 2–3 mm bleed around each sticker so the print extends past the cut line. This prevents unwanted white edges and keeps everything looking polished.

Leave space between stickers

Leave at least 4 mm between each design. This makes your sticker sheet easier to peel and helps the laser cutter follow clean cut paths.

Keep text inside the safe area

Keep important details, text, and logos away from the edges. Staying inside the safe area stops anything from being trimmed during cutting.

Then we’ll send you a free digital proof showing how your stickers fit on the sheet. You can approve it or ask for changes, and we won’t print until you’re 100% happy.

Is there a minimum order?

No, you can order as few as one sticker sheet. But the more you order, the lower the cost per sheet becomes, so bulk orders give you the best value.

Can I get sticker sheet samples?

Not yet. But you can order kiss cut samples, which give you the same look and feel. A sticker sheet is essentially just a set of kiss cut stickers grouped on one backing, so the sample will show you exactly how they’ll turn out.

Can I write on the sticker sheets?

Yes, you can write on our sticker sheets. For best results, use a permanent marker on vinyl materials or a standard pen on paper-based ones. The ink stays clear and won’t smudge once dry, making it easy to add notes, names, or details after printing.

Can I mix materials?

No, each sheet can only be printed on one material since we print first and then cut with a precise laser. If you want different materials, you can always order individual stickers instead of sheets.
