How are waterproof stickers made
Waterproof stickers are made by printing onto durable vinyl using fade-resistant inks, then applying a clear laminate that blocks moisture, UV light, and surface damage.
You can make waterproof stickers at home, too. You can use printable vinyl and laminate sheets, and you can just use a Cricut. However, for strong, professional results, printing with a vinyl sticker service is your best bet.

Getting your artwork ready is simple. For the best print quality, set your file to CMYK color mode and 300 DPI so your colors stay bright and sharp. Keep important details inside the safe area, and add a small bleed around the edges to avoid white borders. Bold colors and clear shapes always look great on vinyl.
When it’s time to upload, you can send us a JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, or PSD. If you’re not sure everything’s perfect, don’t stress, we’ll send you a free digital proof with unlimited revisions before printing, so you know it’ll come out exactly how you want.

How to apply waterproof stickers
