What file formats do you accept?

How do I use it?

To start, upload a file by clicking the large box with a green icon. Then choose your output file type and how many times you need the image scaled. Enter your email address you want the result to be emailed too.

Click the large 'Upscale' button, which should turn blue.

Give it 20–30 seconds to work its magic — the results are worth it.

We'll then email you your file, or you can view & download it straight away.

How much so I scale up my image?

It can be tempting to scale your image as much as possible.

However, we recommend understanding how much you need to scale before deciding.

Why?

The less you scale your image, the better results you'll see.

Can I save my designs?

Not at this time.

We are working on improving our upscaling tool so you can save your designs in your account area.

How do credits work?

You get 5 free credits to use this tool. You use 1 credit for each image you upscale.

This limit resets itself each month, so you can keep coming back to upscale more images.

At this moment, you can't buy or get more credits. We're working to improve this.

Can I print my designs?

Yes! Once you've downloaded your file, we can print it as a sticker, label, magnet or badge on any of our wide-range of materials.
