How are our stickers made?

We print every design using HP Indigo digital presses for precise colors and sharp detail. The artwork is applied to durable vinyl film with CMYK eco-solvent inks that bond directly to the surface for lasting color accuracy.

Each sticker is then coated with a protective gloss laminate and cut to shape with a laser cutter for clean, accurate edges.

You’ll get a free digital proof before printing to check colors, layout, and cut lines. Once approved, we print, check quality, and ship your stickers carefully packed and ready to use.

How durable are our square stickers?

Our regular square stickers (the ones on this page) are made from waterproof, scratch-resistant premium vinyl. They hold up beautifully indoors and outdoors, even through rain, sunlight, and dishwasher cycles.

What size square labels can you get?

You’re not limited to standard sticker dimensions, we offer fully customizable sizes tailored to your packaging or branding needs.

We cut each sticker to the exact size you want. You can customize your sticker size based on your packaging or branding needs. From small 2x2 cm product labels to large 58x58 cm promotional decals, we cut to your exact specifications.

• Individual stickers: minimum 2 cm, maximum 58 cm (both width and height).
• Stickers on sheets: minimum 2 cm, maximum 58 cm wide, and up to 500 cm tall.

Need ideas? Popular square sizes include 5x5 cm, 7x7 cm, and 10x10 cm. But you’re free to go bigger or smaller, depending on what works best for your design.

How to prepare artwork for square stickers (design best practices)

Getting the best print quality starts with proper artwork setup. Preparing your file correctly ensures your square sticker design prints with sharp details, accurate colors, and clean edges. Here’s how to set up your artwork so your stickers look exactly as you planned.

1. Keep your layout balanced

Square stickers naturally draw attention to the center. Centered logos and neat layouts always look sharp.

2. Leave space around your design

Make sure all text and important design elements are within a 2 mm safe margin to prevent trimming during the sticker cutting process.

3. Add bleed (extra background)

Extend your background color or image 2 mm past the cut line. This ensures there are no white edges when the stickers are trimmed.
