We then cover the printed layer with a glossy, transparent layer of plastic (Mylar, to be specific) to protect your design and ensure it withstands bumps, scratches, water, and chemicals.
Choose to have your 1" button design printed on white, silver, gold, holographic & glitter material.

Our 1" button is the smallest in our range – about the size of a quarter. It's perfect for subtle branding on uniforms and lanyards, collectible sets, small merch and simple logos.
How we make them
We print your design on an HP Indigo digital press, cover it with a clear, glossy Mylar film that protects against bumps, scratches and water, and press it onto a metal shell with a pin back.
Special-effect materials
Print on white for true-to-design colors and fine detail, or choose silver, gold, holographic or glitter for a premium finish that catches the light.
Designing for 1 inch
At this size, less is more. Use a single bold icon or a short word, thick lines and high contrast. Keep important details toward the center, as a thin border wraps around the side of the button. Our guide to making 1 inch photo buttons has more tips.
