Custom barcode labels that stay readable
Barcode labels need to do one job well: scan every time, for as long as the product is on the shelf or in the warehouse. Ours are printed on our most popular white vinyl, which gives crisp, high-contrast black on white.
Printed sharp, sealed for protection
We print on an HP Indigo digital press in full color (CMYK) plus white ink, then seal every label under a clear gloss laminate that protects against scratches, water and fading in sunlight. That laminate keeps bars from scuffing in boxes, bins and delivery vans.
Supplied on sheets
Your labels arrive on sheets, sized to fit your label shape. Labels on sheets peel off the backing fast – up to 65% faster to apply than individually cut stickers – so they suit anyone labeling products by hand. If you'd prefer each one cut individually, use our white vinyl stickers.
Any shape and size
Pick any size from 0.4" up to 27.5" wide (and up to 196" long), and we cut every label to the exact shape you need. Most barcode labels are simple rectangles or rounded corner labels, but you can add your logo, product name or price alongside the code.
Getting your barcode right
Upload the barcode as a vector file (PDF, SVG or EPS) or a high-resolution image, and keep a clear margin – the “quiet zone” – on either side of the bars. Don't shrink the code below the size your barcode supplier recommends. You'll get a free digital proof to check before we print.
FAQs
What file should I upload for a barcode?
A vector file (PDF, SVG or EPS) gives the sharpest bars. A high-resolution PNG also works. Keep a clear margin around the code and don't scale it below your barcode provider's minimum size.
