Heavy duty labels built for punishment
Heavy duty labels are made for places regular labels don't survive: machinery, tools, plant equipment, hard hats, trailers and anything that lives outdoors or gets knocked around.
8x thicker
We finish every heavy duty label with a super-thick 250 micron (about 10 mil) gloss laminate – around 8x thicker than a standard label. It's highly resistant to abrasion, water and sunlight, and still crystal clear, so your design stays sharp. The material is designed to last up to 4 years outdoors.
Over 2x stickier
Underneath, an extra-permanent adhesive with a peel strength of about 6.8 lb per inch grips over twice as hard as our standard labels. It sticks to nearly anything – including highly curved surfaces – and stays put.
Any shape, supplied on sheets
Pick any size from 0.4" up to 27.5" wide (and up to 196" long), and we cut every label to the exact shape you need. Heavy duty labels come on sheets, sized to fit your label shape. If you'd rather have them individually cut, choose heavy duty stickers.

Are heavy duty labels removable?
Not easily – they use an extra-permanent adhesive that's over 2x stickier than our standard labels, so they're designed to stay on. If you need something you can peel off later, choose white vinyl labels.
