What are transfer stickers?
Transfer stickers get cut from a single piece of vinyl then the excess is removed by hand.
This means no part can be smaller than 3mm; otherwise, it’s too small to stay in place.

How are transfer stickers made?
We start with a single-color roll of sticker material, usually in white or black. Your vector file is sent to our cutting software, which creates a custom cut around every shape and line. From there, the excess vinyl is carefully removed by hand (this is called weeding), and a layer of transfer tape is applied to hold the pieces together.
The final product includes:
- A vinyl design cut from your own design
- A second layer of application tape for easy transfer
- A protective vinyl backing to keep everything flat until use
You apply it all in one go, then peel off the tape, leaving your custom transfer cleanly applied to the surface.
