Custom die cut stickers are digitally cut in any shape around your design. You can choose any size from 0.79–27.56 inches wide by up to 196.85 inches long.
Die cut stickers come backed by a medium-strength adhesive, so that your stickers will stick to most surfaces. And they won't leave much glue residue behind when peeling away.
All custom die-cut stickers come with a gloss finish suitable for outdoor use. This is a clear gloss over-laminate that protects the printed layer.

You can make them any shape. They’re cut all the way through the sticker and the backing. Our die cut stickers come in all sizes, too! The minimum size is 0.79 inches, and the maximum is 22.83 inches. Customize anything and everything.

Kiss cut vs. die cut stickers
You may also come across kiss cut stickers during your search. These are custom-shaped, but unlike die cuts, they’re only cut through the sticker material, leaving a border around your design for easy peeling. Once you use the sticker, they’re the same. Only the presentation differs.
Die cut stickers, on the other hand, are cut all the way through. Both options are great, depending on what you’re going for! With kiss cut stickers, the price is the same; you’re not paying for the extra sticker around your design.
How to prepare your design for die cut stickers
You can upload any file for your stickers, but to speed up the review, here are a few tips
- Upload vector files (AI, SVG, EPS) for best quality
- Set colors to CMYK
- Convert text to outlines
We accept files like JPEG, PNG, PDF, TIFF, and vector files. Plus, you can use our free tools like the background remover, design tool, vectorizer, and upscaler to help prepare your design.
No minimum order
We have no minimum, and not in a “one sticker will cost you $50” way. For example, a single 2×2" die cut sticker costs around $3, but we recommend ordering a set of 10 as a sample for $9. It’s an easy, affordable way to see your design come to life and make sure it’s exactly how you want it.
