What are our lead times?

Our lead times are typically 3–4 business days (Monday to Friday) from when you approve your proof to when your order is ready to ship from our New York warehouse.

Here is what happens after you place an order:

• Within 12 business hours, we send you a digital design proof to review (often sooner).
• After you approve it, your order goes into production. Over 90% of orders are approved the first time.
• We take 3–4 business days to make and quality-check your order.
• We ship from our New York warehouse with USPS, UPS or FedEx, with tracking.

Delivery time then depends on your state. You can see the estimate for your state on our shipping page. US shipping is free on orders over $39.
