What does 'unlimited' mean?

Unlimited downloads are included in the subscription. The image upscaler is the one exception, with a limit of 200 upscales per month and 25 upscales per day on the paid plan. For comparison, the free plan gets 10 downloads and 20 upscales a month.

When do allowances reset?

Allowances reset on the 1st of each calendar month, not on the date you subscribed. So if you subscribe on the 25th, your upscaler allowance refreshes six days later, on the 1st. Daily limits reset at midnight UTC.

What are the account usage rules?

The subscription is for one person's use. Don't share your account - if several people need the tools, contact us to arrange something suitable. Don't automate it - the tools are built for people designing stickers, not for scripted or bulk access. Don't resell access to the tools as a service of your own.

If usage patterns look unusual, we'll email you first. If we can't reach you or the pattern continues, we may limit access to the upscaler or, as a last resort, cancel the subscription and refund the unused part of the month. This is rare and exists to stop one account making the tools slower or more expensive for everybody else.

What "unlimited" means

Your subscription gives you unlimited downloads from the sticker designer, the vectoriser, the cutline generator and the background remover. There's no monthly cap on these, and we don't intend to add one. They run on our own equipment, so your using them more doesn't cost us more.

The image upscaler

The upscaler is the one exception, and we'd rather be straightforward about why.

It runs on a third-party service that charges us for every image, so it carries a limit even on the paid plan:

25 upscales per day

The daily limit exists so that a single busy afternoon can't use up a whole month. If you're regularly reaching either, email us at hello@stickerit.co — that's a conversation, not a telling-off. We'd rather understand what you're doing than have you quietly hit a wall.

We've said this plainly because the alternative - resetting on your billing anniversary - is what most people assume, and being wrong about it is annoying in a way that's entirely avoidable.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Settings → Subscription in your Sticker it account. You keep unlimited access until the end of the period you've already paid for — we don't cut it off the moment youcancel, because you've paid for that month.

VAT invoices are available from the same place, at any time.
